Carl Art Aqua blue rhinestone vintage 12k yellow gold filled signed necklace. Good used condition with little signs of normal wear. No missing or black stones. Some of the stones show slight age related changes to the foil. Stamped on the back of the clasp 12k GF with the Carl Art hallmark CA with an arrow.
